To add to our amazing restaurant and eatery, we have many independent outlets that provide a selection of food and drink. There is something to suit everyone! From our onsite brewery, which can be tasted in our Blk Sheep Bar to cafes, cakes and more. Some independent outlets are perfect for special events, such as the sweet and cake shops which provide bespoke packages.
All our independent outlets are open 7 days a week
10.30am – 5.00pm.
Brewery
This popular feature of The Plassey means ale lovers can sample a pint or two brewed right here on the site. Founded in 1985, making this the oldest micro-brewery in Wales, it is committed to producing traditional country ales of the finest quality.
With a growing range of award-winning beers, some of which are supplied to outlets across Wales and Cheshire.
You can taste Plassey beer at The Shippon which has a changing draft.
